Tristan Louth-Robins Probably one of Eno's most misunderstood albums. When listened to against the thoughts/theories collected in his 1995 diary, this strange collection of sketches makes a lot more sense. It's basically a sandbox of his 'unwelcome jazz' experiments. It's cute, occasionally infuriating and quite cerebral. Not for everyone, but I like it a lot. Bonus track, "Targa" is one his best things from the 90s, should have taken the place of "Iced World" on the original release. Favorite track: Hazard.

Man Underrated eno work. Gets too much hate, truly a unique kind of music Favorite track: Dear World.

An intriguing collection of seventeen electronic instrumentals, they run the gamut from drifting clouds of pure ambient tones to dark quasi-techno cut-ups. Glistening melodies drop in and out of the stereo spectrum as synths whirr and buzz underneath. A confident showcase for a range of Eno’s sonic tricks and a great example of the more soundtrack-orientated side of his oeuvre.

Magic in its purest form. I love Floating Points, I love Pharoah Sanders, I love The London Symphony Orchestra. It's a match made in heaven, and the result is absolutely gorgeous.
